Rezme is an AI-powered resume customization platform that helps users create tailored resumes for job applications. Our Service includes:

• AI-assisted CV/resume generation and customization
• Job application tracking and management
• Professional resume templates
• Profile management for storing professional information
• CV export in various formats (PDF, DOCX)

The Service uses artificial intelligence technology, including OpenAI's language models, to analyze job descriptions and generate customized resume content based on your profile information.

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing:

• A valid email address
• A secure password
• Acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity on your account and all charges incurred. Each account is for individual use only — sharing credentials or using a single account for multiple individuals is prohibited.

IMPORTANT: Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate and customize CV content.

By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your profile data and job descriptions are processed by AI systems (OpenAI)
• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before use
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated CVs will result in job interviews or employment
• The AI may occasionally produce content that requires correction or refinement

You retain full control over your data and generated content. You can edit, regenerate, or delete any AI-generated content at any time.

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile
• Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or skills
• Review all AI-generated content for accuracy before using it
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Not use the Service to generate content that is fraudulent, misleading, or harmful
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are solely responsible for the content of your resumes and how you use them in your job search.

Your Content: You retain all rights to the personal information and content you provide to the Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, templates, and underlying technology, is owned by Rezme and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our express permission.

Generated Content: CV content generated by our AI becomes your property once created. You may use, modify, and distribute your generated CVs as you see fit.

Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Current pricing is available on our pricing page.

Billing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: We offer refunds in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Contact our support team for refund requests.

Price Changes: We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Recurring Billing: By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on your billing cycle (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You will receive an email notification 3 days before each renewal.

Digital Content Delivery: You acknowledge that AI-generated content (CVs, cover letters, match analyses) is delivered immediately upon generation and constitutes performed service. Credits consumed are non-refundable. Unused credits within the current billing period may be refunded upon request within 14 days of purchase.

Dispute Resolution: You agree to contact us at support@rezme.dev before initiating any payment dispute with your bank or card issuer.

Anti-Fraud Measures: To protect against payment fraud and unauthorized use, we employ device fingerprinting, IP address logging, and payment card tracking. These measures help us verify legitimate account activity and defend against fraudulent chargeback claims. By using our Service, you consent to these security measures.

We take your privacy seriously. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your needs
• Use of the Service will result in employment or interviews

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Decisions made by employers based on your CV
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought.

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Using the account deletion feature in your settings
• Contacting our support team

We may terminate or suspend your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• We are required to do so by law

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked
• Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Any outstanding payments will remain due

In accordance with the EU Data Act, you may export your data before termination with 60 days' notice.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website
• Sending an email to registered users
• Displaying a notice within the Service

Changes become effective 30 days after posting unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request deletion of your account.

These Terms are governed by:

• For users in Poland: Polish law and the jurisdiction of Polish courts
• For users in the European Union: The law of the user's country of residence and applicable EU regulations
• For users elsewhere: Polish law

EU Dispute Resolution: If you are an EU consumer, you may submit disputes to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
